Scope of application
These terms govern all deliveries of products sold via the website of the ADYEL lawyer's office. By validating your order, you fully accept these conditions.
Delivery area and fees
Deliveries are made throughout Morocco. Delivery fees vary according to the geographical area, the chosen delivery method, and the total amount of the order. The exact fees are indicated when confirming the order.
Delivery deadlines
Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are indicated upon finalizing the order. They are given as an indication and may vary depending on logistical availability.
Home delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the client. It is recommended to check the accuracy of the information before validating your order.
Reception and Verification
Upon receipt, the client must check the condition of the package. In case of any anomaly (damage, missing product), please report it immediately to the courier and customer service.
Cases of delay
A delay does not automatically give the right to cancellation or compensation. The client will be informed in the event of an exceptionally extended delay.
